In Borlänge, Sweden, Alexander Hult was raised in a household of cooks and restaurateurs. In between professional hockey seasons, he worked various jobs throughout his mother’s six restaurants where he learned the art of flavor. Taking his kitchen skills, a passion for the culinary arts, along with a business vision, he and his wife Sara opened Hult’s Restaurant in Los Gatos. Today, Hult’s Restaurant serves as a creative outlet for this culinary artist to incorporate his Swedish heritage with modern gastronomic skills. As an adventurous foodie, Hult's passion is to create new and innovative "farm-to-table" dishes showcasing the freshest ingredients and flavors of each respective season. |
